Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by contacting Mani Gift Manufacturer with their Order ID.
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

• If a defective or damaged product is received, customers can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests must include the Order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the damage.
• Replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
• If the product is unavailable, customers may opt for a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
• This policy applies only to products damaged or defective upon delivery and not due to customer mishandling or misuse.
• We do not offer reverse pickup. Customers must ship the product back using a reliable courier service.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
